Management Team

Nissim Benoz, CEO

Nissim brings to Fenavic over 20 years of international experience and achievements in the telecommunication market. Prior to joining Fenavic, Nissim served as a Vice President in Amdocs, managing multimillion worldwide sales and projects of thousands of person months. Nissim brings experience of working with major carriers in Europe, NA and South America as well as penetrating and developing new markets in Iberia, South America and Russia. Prior to Amdocs Nissim managed projects and development in leading Israeli software companies. Mr. Benoz holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. from the Technion in Haifa.

Nadav Kremer, Sales Manager

Nadav Kramer serves as the leader of Fenavic's sales vision and direction. Mr. Kramer brings more than twenty years of experience, industry knowledge and business expertise to Fenavic. An experienced executive in telecommunications, service management, and Operations Support Systems (OSS), Nadav has held positions at Cramer, Tsoft and Formula Group. Prior to co-founding Fenavic, Nadav served as the CEO and founder of Tsoft, a software vendor for network discovery applications, acquired by Cramer. Nadav holds an MBA from UMass Boston where he also taught first degree Operations Research, and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Technion in Haifa.

Victor Traub, CTO

Victor Traub serves as the leader of Fenavic's vision of technology and innovation, and of the company's product strategy. Mr. Traub brings over fifteen years of experience in telecommunications networking, service and network management, as well as multiple aspects of software product development and lifecycle management. Prior to co-founding Fenvic Victor held positions at Cramer, Amdocs, TTI Telecom and Tsoft. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Physics from Tel-Aviv University.

Fedor Losev, Senior Architect

Fedor Losev serves as the development leader of Fenavic's innovative technologic solutions, incorporating expertise, technical guidance and vision to product creation. Fedor has many years of expertise in the software design and development area, including design and implementation of next generation operations support systems. Prior to co-founding Fenavic Fedor held positions at Cramer, Amdocs and TTI-Telecom. Fedor holds a B.Sc. and is completing M.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences from Academic College of Tel-Aviv-Yafo.
