Nadav leads Fenavic's vision and direction. Nadav brings more than twenty years of experience, industry knowledge and business to Fenavic. An experienced executive in telecommunications, service management, and Operations Support Systems (OSS), Nadav has held positions at Cramer, Tsoft and Formula Group. Prior to co-founding Fenavic, Nadav was the CEO and founder of Tsoft, a software vendor for network discovery applications, that was acquired by Cramer. Nadav serves on Fenavic's Board of Directors and holds an MBA from Boston and B.Sc. in Computer Sciences from the Technion in Haifa.

Victor drives Fenavic's technology vision and leads the product strategy. With over fifteen years of experience in telecommunications networking, service and network management, and all aspects of software product development and lifecycle management, Victor prior to co-founding Fenvic held positions at Cramer, Amdocs, TTI Telecom and Tsoft. Victor holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Physics from Tel-Aviv University.

Fedor brings expertise, technical guidance and vision to lead development of Fenavic innovative technology solutions. Fedor has many years of experience in the software design and development area, including design and implementation of next generation operations support systems. Prior to co-founding Fenavic Fedor held positions at Cramer, Amdocs and TTI-Telecom. Fedor completes masters degree in Computer Sciences from Academic Colledge of Tel-Aviv-Yafo.

Rafael leads Fenavic's marketing activities, his role primarily focuses on positioning Fenavic as a pioneer in business assurance system. Rafael has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and has a profound understanding of telcos' operational needs. Prior to Fenavic, Rafael held various marketing and business development positions at ECI Telecom, Marconi, and Amdocs. Rafael has spoken in various industry events such as TelemanagementWorld, and IIR's Service Provisioning, and he holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tel Aviv University.
